We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Language Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our English Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of English language programs and services across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets for English language programs and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Program Development: Design and implement English language programs and services that meet the needs of our guests and employees, including language training, cultural orientation, and language support services.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of English language professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all English language services and programs are delivered to the highest standards, meeting the needs and expectations of our guests.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, guests, and external partners.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of English language programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in English language management, program development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Language: Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
