We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual with a commitment to service excellence to join our team as an English Language Supervisor.

As an English Language Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm and inviting experience for our guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and catered to.
  • Overseeing night operations by verifying reservations, addressing any discrepancies in bookings, payments, and rates.
  • Managing administrative functions, processes, and standards to ensure compliance within the night team.
  • Ensuring that end-of-day reports and night audit documentation are completed accurately, and facilitating comprehensive handovers to subsequent shifts.

Successful candidates for the English Language Supervisor position will possess:
