We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with care needs, empowering them to improve their quality of life and realise their hopes, dreams, and aspirations.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks, promoting independence and community engagement
* Support individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities, including sports and outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, and cooking
* Work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
* Utilise our free app to pick up shifts in any area of the country and access information on services and shifts
