We are seeking a Manager of Customer Success to take on a pivotal role within our organization. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for refining our customer success strategy, mentoring your team, and ensuring alignment between objectives and organizational goals. Your primary focus will be on customer retention, advocacy, and growth, while collaborating with various stakeholders and nurturing a culture of innovation.

  • Lead and oversee the Customer Success team
  • Achieve targets related to retention, growth, and user adoption
  • Enhance the customer success strategy in line with business objectives
  • Track key performance indicators and provide reports on team effectiveness
  • Work closely with executives and key stakeholders
  • Encourage team creativity and high-quality deliverables
  • Implement initiatives for scalable onboarding, retention, and engagement
  • Utilize data-driven insights for performance assessment
