We are seeking a Manager of Customer Success to take on a pivotal role within our organization. As a strategic leader, you will enhance our customer success framework, guide a dedicated team, and align our objectives with the overarching goals of the company. Your primary focus will be on customer retention, advocacy, and growth, working collaboratively with various stakeholders and promoting a culture of innovation.

  • Oversee and direct the Customer Success team
  • Achieve targets related to retention, growth, and user adoption
  • Enhance the customer success strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Track key performance indicators and provide insights on team effectiveness
  • Engage with executives and stakeholders to foster collaboration
  • Encourage team creativity and commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Lead initiatives aimed at scalable onboarding, retention, and customer engagement
  • Utilize data-driven insights for evaluating performance

Required experience includes proven leadership in Customer Success, familiarity with the SaaS business model, excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
