Your Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee the performance of assigned solar facilities
    • Monitor systems to optimize energy output
    • Manage both subcontractors and internal teams for electrical and mechanical maintenance, inspections, and repairs
    • Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
    • Engage in problem-solving, data analysis, and yield reporting
    • Track warranties and manage spare parts
    • Oversee ground maintenance activities
  • System Handover
    • Transition systems from installation to operational status
    • Ensure compliance with service and maintenance agreements
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in renewable energy as an engineer or technician with a practical approach
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Solar PV O&M for utility-scale projects
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or engineering fields, including City & Guilds 17/18th BS7671 Wiring Regulations
  • City & Guilds Test & Inspect or equivalent certification
  • AP15/OP40 certification (AP or SAP) is advantageous; certification for Schneider Electric XC and GT inverters is a plus
  • Training on string inverters, such as Huawei, is beneficial
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of working independently
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service
