Job Overview

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a highly skilled O&M Project Manager to join our team and lead our client's renewable energy portfolio. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of O&M activities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of renewable energy projects, ensuring all O&M activities are carried out in compliance with agreed contracts.
  • Contract Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of O&M and EPC contracts, ensuring compliance and optimal project delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Address issues raised by O&M subcontractors, ensuring project KPIs are met and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Subcontractor Management: Qualify and manage subcontractors, including seeking quotations for required works and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Liaise with the health and safety team to address any hazards raised, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Fault Management: Manage fault tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to project delivery.
  • Reporting: Implement O&M reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing a team, with a strong technical background and experience in client-facing activities.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
