Job Summary

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a highly skilled O&M Project Manager to join our team and lead our industry-leading client's renewable energy projects.

About the Role

  • Manage a portfolio of renewable projects, ensuring all O&M activities are carried out in compliance with the agreed contract.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of O&M and EPC contracts to ensure compliance and optimal project outcomes.
  • Address issues from O&M subcontractors to ensure project KPIs are met, and resolve any technical or operational challenges that may arise.
  • Subcontractor qualification and management, including seeking quotations for required works and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Liaise with the health and safety team to address any hazards or risks associated with project activities.
  • Manage fault tickets and implement effective fault resolution processes to minimize downtime and ensure project continuity.
  • Develop and implement O&M reports to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information on project performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and leading projects in the renewable energy sector.
  • Technical expertise in O&M and EPC contracts, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous experience in client-facing activities and subcontractor management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical and operational issues.
