Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Active Care Group Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with severe, enduring, and complex mental health conditions.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy programs to address or reduce the negative impact of difficulties.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Clinical Psychologist.
  • BPS membership.
  • Previous experience working in a CAMHS setting.
