Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Active Care Group Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans to address the mental health needs of our patients.
- Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with Consultant-led Multi-Disciplinary Teams to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to patients, families, and staff on mental health topics and promote a culture of recovery and well-being.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
- Professional Development: Maintain professional competence through ongoing education and training, and contribute to the development of the team's skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: HCPC registration and BPS membership.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a CAMHS setting.
- Skills: Strong assessment and treatment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
