About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital, a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) facility in Staffordshire. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes to address or reduce the negative impact of difficulties in children and young people with severe, enduring, and complex mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical formulations of patients' problem behaviours and treatment needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programmes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • BPS membership
  • Previous experience within a CAMHS setting
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
