We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital, a leading provider of complex care services in the UK. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, recovery-focused treatment to children and young people with severe, complex, and enduring mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of our patients.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy programs to promote positive change and reduce the negative impact of difficulties.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices in clinical psychology.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Clinical Psychologist.
- BPS membership and adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Previous experience working in a CAMHS setting, with a strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health principles and practices.
