Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital, a leading provider of complex care for children and young people with severe mental health challenges.
As a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes to address or reduce the negative impact of difficulties. You will also be expected to evaluate the effectiveness of these programmes and take personal responsibility for ensuring that appropriate security procedures are adhered to at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Complete assessment and clinical formulation of patients' problem behaviours and treatment needs
- Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes to address or reduce the negative impact of difficulties
- Evaluate the effectiveness of individual and group treatment programmes
- Direct and support others to carry out evidence-based clinical psychology interventions
- Maintain CPD of an HCPC Registered Practitioner Clinical Psychologist and to ensure competence in relation to the administration and scoring of psychological assessments and risk assessments
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers
- 25 days plus bank holidays
