Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital, a leading provider of complex care for children and young people. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, recovery-focused treatment to our patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a CAMHS setting and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the complexities of child and adolescent mental health. You will be responsible for assessing and formulating patients' problem behaviors and treatment needs, providing evidence-based individual and group treatment programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and formulate patients' problem behaviors and treatment needs
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs
  • Direct and support others to carry out evidence-based clinical psychology interventions
  • Maintain CPD of an HCPC Registered Practitioner Clinical Psychologist
Requirements
  • HCPC registration
  • BPS membership
  • Previous experience within a CAMHS setting
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
