Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for assessing and formulating treatment plans for patients, providing evidence-based individual and group treatment programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches to address a range of mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain HCPC registration and BPS membership.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • BPS membership.
  • Previous experience working in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) setting.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
