About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Director to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational, financial, and quality performance of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality, safety, and risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement cost control measures, delivery of financial targets, and budgeting to ensure the sustainability of our services.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, securing growth, and developing new service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Maintain and retain key customer accounts, ensuring high customer service standards and an effective Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) service.
- Provide leadership to the Care First business, ensuring alignment with Priory's values and the delivery of high standards of support to clients.
- Ensure the provision of a clinically appropriate counselling service, underpinned by effective clinical governance and risk management, and delivered by appropriately trained and accredited counsellors.
- Collaborate with the Priory Wellbeing Services Senior Leadership Team to ensure the success of the business and deliver all financial, commercial, quality, and performance targets.
