About the Role:
The Director of the Bureau of Management will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the organisation, ensuring the delivery of our mission to support children with life-shortening conditions and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals
- Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Engage with families, stakeholders, and partners to build strong relationships and partnerships
- Represent the organisation on a local and national stage, promoting our work and values
- Stay informed about trends and issues in the care of children with complex health conditions, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of best practice
Requirements:
- Proven track record of strategic leadership in a small charity or similar organisation
- Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Qualifications and experience in a relevant field, with the ability to be the Nominated Individual for the CQC Registration and Registered Manager
- Knowledge of the national and local health and social care agendas, with the ability to navigate complex systems and policies
