Position Overview:

Titan Freight Recruitment is currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Export Customs Administrator to support a prominent entity in the logistics and freight sector. This organization excels in delivering extensive supply chain solutions to a diverse clientele worldwide.

The Export Customs Administrator plays a vital role in managing the export operations, ensuring that all essential customs documentation is accurately prepared and submitted. This position is critical for maintaining adherence to international trade regulations and facilitating the timely export of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customs Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary documentation for the export of goods, including export declarations, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and commercial invoices.
  • Compliance: Ensure all exports conform to local and international customs regulations, including accurate classification of goods and appropriate duty payments.
  • Liaison: Effectively communicate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and clients to address any issues or delays in the export process.
  • Data Management: Maintain precise and current records of all export transactions, ensuring that data is accurately entered into the company’s systems and that all documentation is filed in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Tackle and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the export process, working proactively to avert delays or non-compliance.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in export regulations and ensure that the company’s export processes are revised accordingly.
