About the Role:

JR Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers to discuss renewal applications and provide advice on our products and services.
  • Assist new and existing customers with queries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with administrative changes, such as cancellations and updating contact details.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and administrative role.
  • Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
