These representatives will be tasked with managing a diverse array of inbound communications from both business and residential clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery on behalf of the organization.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Experience Representative:

  • Achieve annual performance targets, focusing on metrics such as call duration, follow-up time, response rate, and service quality assessments.
  • Handle a substantial volume of calls and emails, engaging with clients effectively.
  • Provide outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Record client information accurately in the company’s internal customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with team members, offering support as needed.
Qualifications for the Client Experience Representative:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Ability to deliver superior customer service.
  • Standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift every four weeks (overtime compensation available).
