About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Heidelberg Materials AG. As a key member of our sales and order administration team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Order Administration
    • Process and manage customer orders and sales administration tasks
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and invoices
    • Monitor and report on order status and performance metrics
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Pricing and Price Increase
    • Process and manage pricing updates and calculations
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement pricing changes and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Query Management and Resolution
    • Process and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer queries
  • Projects and Training
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service and sales skills
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Minimum of a Grade C at GCSE in Maths and English
    • Excellent knowledge of SAP, Syncrotess systems and standard office packages
  • Skills and Experience
    • Good communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels
    • Experience of working within a large company environment and achieving targets
