Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Heidelberg Materials AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide professional and dedicated service to all customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Service Coordination: Manage customer inquiries, process cash sales, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and colleagues to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Commercial Call Cycle: Develop and maintain an effective commercial call cycle to transition customers into account customers and drive sales growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service and sales efficiency.
- Education and Qualifications: Minimum of a Grade C at GCSE in Maths and English, good communication skills, and a working understanding of standard Microsoft software packages.
- Experience: Sales experience preferred but not essential, will also ideally have experience of working within a large company environment and achieving targets.
- Competitive Salary: £27,000 per annum.
