**Job Title:** Sales Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Corecruitment International. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales function for our events spaces, managing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee both outbound and inbound sales activities to drive revenue growth and increase bookings.
  • Manage the sales team to balance ongoing business development and timely response to inquiries.
  • Nurture a network of contacts in local businesses, charities, public sector organizations, and other potential sources of bookings.
  • Maintain and update digital listings and suggest new opportunities for exposure.
  • Operate the venue safely, complying with all legal and internal requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
