We are seeking a highly experienced Category Insights Manager to join our established Consumer Marketing Insights Team at a renowned global consumer brand.

You will play a central role in generating impactful recommendations and insights to support the wider organisation, including sales, marketing, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have full ownership of all audio-visual and monitor insights, including TVs, Projectors, and Speakers.
  • Build stronger recommendations through liaising with various areas of the organisation and partnering with local markets to ensure insights are aligned.
  • Support the organisation in building a stronger, advanced proposition for customers and providing perspective on the outlook of opportunities.
  • Identify areas of opportunity, through evaluating key trends and developments relevant to the specific category.
  • Highly skilled insights professional with a strong background in consumer insights/research.
  • Established in survey design, working with agency, and skilled in Quantitative and Qualitative research.
  • A highly analytical storyteller, able to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Generalist experience - diverse experiences in brand/social listening to contribute to the growth of the wider business.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
