Your responsibilities
As a Category Range Strategist at Sainsbury's, you will be tasked with creating a strategy that leads to the development of optimal product assortments, driving additional sales value, and achieving the best possible financial results and customer satisfaction. Your insights and expertise will be utilized to identify strategic range goals for your category and convert them into actionable plans for range and merchandising execution. Starting with a colleague discount, you will enjoy 10% off at Sainsbury's, Argos, TU, and Habitat after four weeks. This increases to 15% off at Sainsbury's every Friday and Saturday, as well as 15% off at Argos on every payday. We also prioritize your future with our pension scheme and life insurance. Additionally, you may be eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to 20% of your salary, depending on our overall performance.
Your well-being is a priority for us. You will receive an annual holiday allowance, with the option to purchase additional holiday. We also provide various benefits that can help your finances, such as season ticket loans, interest-free car loans of up to £10,000, a cycle-to-work scheme, health cash plans, and pay advances (allowing you to access some of your pay before payday), along with access to a wide range of discounts from numerous other retailers. Should you need it, there is also an Employee Assistance Programme, and you will be eligible for private healthcare as well.
We understand that moments that matter are just as important to you as they are to us, which is why we offer up to 26 weeks' pay for maternity or adoption leave and up to 4 weeks' pay for paternity leave.
