PRODUCT CATEGORY STRATEGIST – L'ORÉAL

As a Product Category Strategist at L'Oréal, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the category development partnership with our retail collaborators. Your responsibilities will encompass working alongside external retail partners to expand the overall category and enhance L'Oréal's market presence. Reporting to the Senior Category Strategist, you will serve as the category authority, collaborating closely with retailers to elevate the shopping journey for beauty enthusiasts.

  • Establish robust relationships with trade partners to stimulate category expansion and improve shopper satisfaction
  • Conduct range assessments, formulate retailer category strategies, and implement retailer-specific initiatives
  • Leverage data analytics and consumer insights to sway both internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a thought leader in the beauty sector, spearheading future initiatives and innovations
  • Exhibit ambition, sound judgement, resilience, empathy, and adaptability in your role
