Your expertise lies in evaluating range opportunities, conducting data-driven analyses, and translating strategic objectives into actionable plans. With your extensive knowledge of the market landscape, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics, you can identify customer segments, prioritize conflicting demands, and make informed decisions that align with the overall business objectives. Your strong project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders enable you to coordinate and execute range initiatives on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Starting with employee discounts, you will be eligible for 10% off at Sainsbury's, Argos, TU, and Habitat after a short period. This increases to 15% off at Sainsbury's every Friday and Saturday and 15% off at Argos on each payday. We also have you covered for your future with our pension scheme and life insurance. Additionally, you may be eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to 20% of your salary, depending on our performance.
