About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Prioritizing reporting and data analytics requirements from senior leaders
  • Developing and implementing data models to support business decisions
  • Leading a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations
  • Critically assessing multiple data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Defining and managing the suite of analysis tools and methods
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in data reporting leadership, including multiple and mixed data sets
  • Strong business understanding, including the role of analytics in driving leader decisions
  • Excellent understanding of access and analytics tools, including reporting dashboards, modeling, and data robot
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching of team members
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, manage timescales, and delivery across the team
