Job Title: International Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced International Partnerships Manager to join our team at Spotlight Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with education agents across Europe, CIS, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with education agents to generate student bookings
  • Identify key markets for growth opportunities and build effective business development strategies
  • Organize global webinars, student recruitment fairs, and overseas visits to schools and key partners
  • Foster partnerships to drive student enrolment to our campuses in the UK and US

Requirements:

  • Similar international partnerships experience within the education sector and with an existing network of contacts
  • Experience of working closely with international education agents
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills & ability to inspire
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
