This field-based role will require travel across the territory to work with customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering national market access strategies at a regional level, growing Urgo product market share, and supporting achievement of regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national market access strategies to drive formulary inclusion and generate/open market access.
  • Grow Urgo product market share through established and new relationships.
  • Support achievement of regional sales targets through new market access.
  • Establish and implement pathways of care and market tools to support Urgo Medical advanced wound care and compression range.
  • Partner with Senior NHS stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a sales environment with strategic responsibility.
  • Passion to make a difference to the lives of people with wounds.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and present meaningful insight.
  • Ability to forge strong internal and external relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • In-depth NHS knowledge, including key policy drivers and organisational structure particularly within the ICS.
  • Customer-focused, confident, driven, and self-motivated individual.

Location: The territory covers Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Mid Essex, Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.
