About the Role

Urgo Medical UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our matrix team, you will play a strategic role in implementing national market access strategies across the relevant region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional market access plans to drive formulary inclusion and generate new market opportunities.
  • Grow Urgo Medical's product market share through established and new relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the achievement of regional sales targets through new market access and business development initiatives.
  • Establish and implement pathways of care and market tools to support Urgo Medical's advanced wound care and compression range.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Senior NHS stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Develop and promote the Regional/National product portfolio to key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales environment with strategic responsibility, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of people with wounds.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to present meaningful insights and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to forge strong internal and external relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NHS, including key policy drivers and organizational structure, particularly within the Integrated Care System (ICS).
  • Customer-focused, confident, driven, and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of the wound care market is desirable but not essential.

Location: The territory covers multiple regions, including Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Mid Essex, Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.
