Job Summary

Ashfield Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our regional matrix team, you will be responsible for implementing national market access strategies across your region, driving formulary inclusion and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Access Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute regional market access strategies to increase formulary inclusion and drive sales growth.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic planning and targeting.
  3. Regional Business Planning: Collaborate with the Clinical Specialist to develop a robust regional business plan, integrating market access and clinical strategies.
  4. Account Management: Develop flexible solutions for Trust/Community accounts to maximize implementation and adoption across the designated portfolio.
  5. Partnership Development: Position Ashfield Healthcare as the industry partner of choice, utilizing the Partnership offering to innovate access for target accounts and drive formulary inclusion.
  6. Customer Engagement: Organize and manage customer meetings, sharing goals and outcomes with the matrix team to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • NHS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of NHS policy drivers and organizational structure, particularly within the Integrated Care System (ICS).
  • Strategic Planning: Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze sales data.
  • Customer Management: Excellent customer and account management skills, with the ability to create and influence new business opportunities.
