Swedish Language Customer Service Representative

Operational hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 10pm - Saturday 8am till 10pm
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Swedish speaker to join our team as a Careline Advisor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and support to Nordic consumers across all contact channels.
You will be the first point of contact for consumers, handling queries and complaints about our products and services. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to respond to consumers in an empathetic and caring manner, and have strong English second language capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer care and support to Nordic consumers
- Handle queries and complaints about our products and services
- Respond to consumers in an empathetic and caring manner
- Have strong English second language capabilities
- Take ownership of each customer journey, anticipating needs and resolving cases through personalized solutions
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent Swedish speaker
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both Finnish and English
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a wide range of consumers and members of the public
- Customer care experience, preferably within the food industry sector
- Strong interest in food and foods for special medical purposes
- IT skills: ability to use Google Suite and Microsoft Office, strong typing skills
- CRM Knowledge such as Salesforce is a plus
- Flexible to work shifts
- Self-motivated and a team player
