Swedish Language Customer Service Representative

Hours: 40 hours per week
Operational hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 10pm - Saturday 8am till 10pm
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Swedish speaker to join our team as a Careline Advisor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and support to Nordic consumers across all contact channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care and support to Nordic consumers via phone, email, and other contact channels
- Handle queries and consumer complaints about products and their consumption
- Respond to consumers in an empathetic, caring, and friendly manner
- Have strong English second language capabilities
- Take ownership of each customer journey, anticipating needs and persevering to resolve cases through personalized solutions
- Have strong IT skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Be flexible to work shifts and self-motivated with a team player attitude
Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish speaker
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong English second language capabilities
- Customer care experience, preferably within the food industry sector
- Strong interest in food and foods for special medical purposes
- CRM Knowledge such as Salesforce
