Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Swedish speaker to join our team as a Careline Advisor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and support to Nordic consumers across all contact channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer care and support to Nordic consumers via phone, email, and other contact channels.
  • Handle queries and consumer complaints about products and their consumption in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Swedish speaker with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong English second language capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • CRM knowledge, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
