Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Swedish speaker to join our team as a Careline Advisor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and support to Nordic consumers across all contact channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care and support to Nordic consumers via phone, email, and other contact channels.
- Handle queries and consumer complaints about products and their consumption in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish speaker with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong English second language capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- CRM knowledge, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
