Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
