Lenborough Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and maximizing those supplied by our Marketing Department.

You will be based out of a Regional Office and will receive full training on all products and services. Our company is committed to excellence in the delivery of our products and services, and we have recently invested heavily in doubling our production capacity and modernizing our premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities;
  • Build efficient days out on the road, maximizing time spent out of the office;
  • Attend meetings with prospective clients to gain an understanding of their needs, goals, and challenges;
  • Update Orderwise CRM effectively to manage relationships and prospects pipeline;
  • Proactively manage a sales pipeline, with a mix of prospects from across various channels.

Our company offers a competitive basic salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000, as well as company bonus, individual bonus, company pension, excellent career growth opportunities, company discounts, and free onsite parking.
