Housekeeper - Bank Middlefields House

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Middlefields House, a state-of-the-art care home in Chippenham. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our residents' rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of client rooms and common areas to the highest standards.
- Assist in maintaining the overall hygiene and tidiness of the home, including laundry and linen stores.
- Liaise with the Manager to ensure cleaning schedules and material stock control are up to date.
- Fold and distribute residents' clothing, and store linen and household items safely.
- Maintain the Laundry and linen stores in a safe, clean, and tidy condition.
- Ensure all water and other spillages are cleaned up immediately.
- Maintain records as required by your manager.
- Attend meetings and training activities as needed.
- You will be someone who enjoys working with older people and can empathize with their needs.
- You will be able to operate laundry equipment safely and reliably.
- You will be a team player, able to work collaboratively to provide an excellent service to our residents.
