We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Advisor to join our busy Client Services Reception Team at Jones Whyte LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and ensuring that our clients have an excellent experience from the moment they contact our firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and web enquiries from new and returning clients seeking legal advice and services.
- Handle enquiries from multiple channels and control them through our lead management system.
- Ensure that prospective and existing clients have an excellent experience as soon as they contact our firm.
- Use initiative to identify and meet client needs.
- Manage the setup and ongoing daily use of meeting rooms.
- Liaise with other departments within the business to identify and meet client needs.
- Meet Jones Whyte LLP KPIs/Targets to support the wider needs of the business.
- Take payments online and over the phone.
- Provide an efficient, professional service to clients at all times.
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
- Adhere to and put into practice all Jones Whyte LLP policies and procedures in a professional and confidential manner.
Requirements
- The ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
- A confident, courteous, and professional phone manner.
- Basic computing and IT skills (MS Office applications).
