  • This role involves directing the operations of the Telecommunications Services team, managing the Cisco VoIP infrastructure across various locations, and leading a skilled team of Telecommunications Engineers, Analysts, WAN Administrators, and Support personnel.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in VoIP systems, WAN/LAN standards, and network architecture, coupled with exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • This position necessitates the capability to troubleshoot intricate networking challenges, provide support for telecommunication devices, and ensure the security and dependability of the telecommunications infrastructure.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving VoIP call routing and system performance issues.
  • Familiarity with WAN/LAN protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Experience with call accounting, billing systems, and Cisco VoIP deployments.
  • Proficient in project management, budgeting, and technology implementation.
  • Leadership capabilities and the ability to guide team members.
  • Experience in voice and data services within a WAN/LAN context.
  • Extensive knowledge of Cisco's Call Manager and Unity VoIP systems.
