Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR and Office Administration functions
  • Manage in-house supplies, process expenses, and handle utility payments
  • Administer various company insurance policies and contracts
  • Coordinate vacation schedules and personnel management for all staff
  • Enhance the working environment for employees
  • Perform daily accounting tasks related to payments and receipts

Required English Proficiency:
Business-level English proficiency is essential.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Compensation:
A minimum annual salary of £30,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Benefits:
20 days of paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays per year.

Probationary Period:
3-month probation with the same payment conditions.

Additional Information:
National Insurance number can be registered as a business or PAYE in the UK.
