As a People (Human Resources) Administrator, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, and supporting employees through the full life cycle, including but not limited to maintaining employee records, issuing documentation, logging, and monitoring absence, note-taking, data and MI reporting.
Address employee enquiries and provide general HR support, in a timely manner, in line with any set SLA’s.
Maintain and update HR systems and reports to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
To conduct regular audits to ensure the information we hold on record is accurate and aligns with other departments data.
Generate reports and provide HR-related data and metrics as required.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process; Prepare/issue documentation for the employee’s full life cycle, including but not limited to probation completions, flexible working requests, change to contracts, absence management, formal meeting outcomes, maternity/paternity leave, offboarding and processing/updating on our HR system.
Work closely with the wider People Team providing support in relation to recruitment, training and development and colleague engagement.
Analyse a wide range of employee data and provide recommendations to management.
Support with exit interviews and identify trends/patterns using data collated and prepare monthly reports.
Ensure all HR policies are in line with employment law and provide advice and guidance to managers, and employees.
Keep updated with employment law changes, HR developments and best practices.
Contribute to and own a range of HR projects and initiatives across the employee life cycle.
Support with the ongoing development of our HR system to maintain the integrity of the employee data in our systems and maintain their accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Any other ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate and suitable for this role
Previous experience in an administrative role within a People/HR function
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with HR databases (People HR)
CIPD Level 3 Diploma or equivalent experience
Business Administration qualification
