We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to provide essential support in various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and preparing job offer contracts
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Provide support for payroll processing when necessary, including record updates and information verification
- Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries or requests and provide assistance as needed
- Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
- Assist with the organisation of training sessions
- Help organise and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good problem-solving ability
