Reed HR is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This key role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational evolution and future success by challenging existing practices and enhancing HR delivery capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits programme.
  • Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
