In light of ongoing growth and development, a position has become available for an Estimator / Account Manager or a CNC Machinist aspiring to transition into this role.

Job Responsibilities

As the successful Estimator / Account Manager, you will be developed to oversee 50% of the company’s order book, with the goal of increasing turnover by a minimum of 16% annually.

Your role will involve:

  • Onboarding New Clients: Actively seek and secure new A-class customers, ensuring a favorable mix of work to optimize flow and throughput.
  • Quote Preparation: Generate precise and detailed quotations, ensuring quality is integrated from the outset while adhering to ISO9001:2015 standards.
  • Machining Design Consultation: Review and discuss customer drawings and models, providing design advice to build trust and enhance collaboration.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Estimation & Account Management team to achieve optimal results for all stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in departmental operations to support growth and strengthen profit margins.

In closing orders:

  • Manage your time effectively to enhance order flow.

When quoting:

  • Balance diligence with efficiency to prevent margin erosion.
  • Ensure accuracy to save time and resources in the long run.

In the Estimation & Account Management team:

  • Share knowledge to maximize team performance.
  • Be flexible and assist colleagues in various tasks as needed.

Continuous improvement is vital:

  • Contribute to the development of KPIs to define success.
  • Encourage open dialogue and diverse perspectives to enhance decision-making.
Working Hours
  • 41 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM
  • Overtime opportunities available at competitive rates.
