As a result of ongoing growth, they are seeking a seasoned Regional Account Manager to become part of their team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with meticulously overseeing a valuable portfolio of key clients.Some travel within the designated region will be required, including occasional overnight stays, although your primary location will be their office.
This position primarily focuses on managing existing hospitality accounts, while also being responsible for generating additional revenue streams from within that client base by fostering long-term relationships.
The balance between account management and sales is approximately defined. This role is heavily consultative in nature.You will engage with hotel groups that may approach you when a new site is identified, seeking your tailored options and insights on how to achieve their objectives.
To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate a proven track record in sales, business development, and key account management, with a strong focus on meeting targets.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality, making it suitable for an F&B Director, Group Restaurant Manager, or Account/Sales Manager from the hotel sector.
The successful Key Account Manager will be able to:- Cultivate and enhance a portfolio of existing clients through relationship development and support.
- Exhibit robust account management experience with a proven history of expanding business from those existing clients.
- Travel efficiently and manage time effectively to meet targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and deliver exceptional service standards.
- Proactively seek innovative methods to enhance processes, products, and the customer experience.
- Demonstrate superior judgment and excel at utilizing information to build a business case and implement positive changes.
