This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional aiming for a Customer Service or Account Management position, where you will provide outstanding service to prestigious clients in the catering and hospitality sectors.
The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of internal account managers and a dedicated field sales representative, managing a substantial portfolio of assigned accounts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing your accounts, processing orders, and managing customer expectations with professionalism and efficiency. You will work closely with a Field Sales Executive to service your accounts and identify upselling opportunities while fostering long-term relationships.
This position demands a proactive individual capable of multitasking, maintaining focus under pressure, and demonstrating proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Responding to incoming client inquiries and providing support
- Documenting interactions in the CRM system
- Establishing and nurturing client relationships
- Receiving and processing client orders
- Coordinating with the warehouse to manage deliveries
- Meeting performance targets
- Identifying upselling opportunities with current clients
- Collaborating closely with a Field Sales Executive to manage accounts

- Prior experience in a customer service or account management role
- Strong verbal communication skills
