Job Title: Marketing and Relationship Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Relationship Officer to join our team at Candidate Source. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to engage with Centres and raise brand awareness.
  • Oversee content development, ensuring it aligns with brand, vision, and mission.
  • Monitor market trends, analyse competitor activity, and conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Centres and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track Centre interactions and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and proficiency with digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and improve Centre relations.
