We're seeking an experienced Business Account Manager to join our team at The TalentPool Company. As a Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a close relationship with our clients and driving business growth through strategic planning, negotiation, and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG national account management, with experience in managing large P&Ls and negotiating joint business plans. You will be responsible for owning the financial and volume sales and operations planning cycle, managing promotional funding and trade spend, and driving cross-category thought leadership with our clients.

We offer a competitive package with a flexible and hybrid working model, with 2 days in the office as the norm. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with opportunities to apply for permanent positions within the company during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a close relationship with our clients to drive business growth and development
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Negotiate and manage joint business plans and financial agreements
  • Own the financial and volume sales and operations planning cycle
  • Manage promotional funding and trade spend
  • Drive cross-category thought leadership with our clients

Requirements:

  • Strong background in FMCG national account management
  • Experience in managing large P&Ls and negotiating joint business plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
