  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to align business development activities with overall company goals.

    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Management, or Finance. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Certifications: Optional certifications like Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) or industry-specific credentials.
  • Minimum 5-10 years in business development or sales, preferably within the security services sector.
  • Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and contract negotiation, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the security industry, including security guard services, risk management, and technology solutions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
